Independent psycho-legal assessments, expert reports, training and offence-specific risk consultancy.
Our Consulting Forensic Psychology Services work with clients and professionals to provide training and consultancy, psycho-legal (medico-legal) services, and offence-specific risk assessments.
We specialise in forensic work with neurodivergent clients — including autism, ADHD and intellectual disability — and also have extensive experience supporting clients without neurodevelopmental conditions.
We provide independent assessments and reports for solicitor firms and other organisations, for clients alleged to have committed an offence, convicted of one, at risk of offending, or who have been victims of crime. Reports can address matters such as fitness to plead, support needed in court, relevant background and mental-health factors, mitigation, mental state at the time of an alleged offence, and risk assessment and management — including diagnostic assessments where appropriate.
We deliver bespoke training to public and independent providers across forensic and clinical psychology, including:
Our forensic psychologists also provide reports to prisons, secure hospitals, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme, probation and parole services, victim support and correctional services. Assessments are comprehensive — combining psychometrics, clinical and informant interviews, file reviews and specialised risk tools — and we are happy to discuss referrals for clients in restricted settings.
