Assessment and evidence-based therapy for the full range of mental-health difficulties, in an outpatient setting.
Our Adult Mental Health service provides assessment and treatment for the full range of mental-health difficulties — anxiety disorders (including OCD, GAD and panic), depression, trauma (PTSD and complex PTSD), disordered eating, addiction and more.
This client-centred service aims to promote psychological wellbeing that helps people reach their potential, cope with challenging circumstances and live fulfilling lives. Assessment and treatment are provided by chartered clinical and counselling psychologists, with an emphasis on individual needs, problem-solving and collaboration through regular one-to-one sessions.
We provide a range of person-centred, evidence-based therapies:
We offer cognitive-functioning, risk, diagnostic and screening assessments (including ASD, anxiety and eating disorders), as well as personal-injury and capacity assessments.
We accept referrals directly from clients, GPs, consultant psychiatrists, other practitioners, organisations and solicitors. In-person appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm at our Kings Hill consulting rooms, with secure video appointments also offered. Early-morning, after-hours and (in exceptional cases) home visits can be arranged on request.
